The Akita or Akita Inu is a breed of dog originating in Japan that should not be confused with the American Akita that was obtained by Akita_inu infocrossing in the early twentieth century.
It was originally a hunting dog for generations and was used by warriors of Japan as a defense and attack dog.

It was also used to hunt bears (while 2 of the dogs attacked, an eagle distracted the bear. It is easy to train a dog and a very balanced character. Affectionate and protective with family, suspicious of strangers, but will not attack on a whim. It’s a little dog barking and majestic appearance.

The current reconstruction to return to type Japanese, taken as the base line ichinoseski copies using addition, Japanese Spitz to retrieve characteristics of the old Akita.
Usually measured from 50 to 70 cm high and can weigh 35 to 50 kg (Some females can weigh 5 or 10 pounds less than males)
